The role focuses on analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to boost efficiency and cost-efficiency across the organization.

You will develop reports and dashboards, translate complex data into concise recommendations, and collaborate with operations managers to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations analysis, industrial engineering, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and analyze operational data from various sources to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity.
• Conduct detailed studies on operational processes, resource utilization, and workflow to pinpoint inefficiencies.
• Formulate data-backed recommendations for process changes, cost reduction initiatives, and strategic operational adjustments.
