Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools, troubleshooting techniques, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with preventative maintenance strategies and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing industrial processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for mechanical improvement and efficiency gains.
• Design, implement, and maintain mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery to optimize production output and reliability.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime.
