About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance plans for industrial equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate all planned maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Create detailed work orders, including scope, required parts, tools, and labor estimates.
• Manage maintenance scheduling software and databases, ensuring data accuracy.
• Liaise with site managers, technicians, and external vendors to coordinate maintenance efforts.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for maintenance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
• Track maintenance costs and assist in budget management for maintenance departments.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance strategies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or a related role within an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of maintenance best practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar planning software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in an industrial environment.
