Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced electrician with new installation expertise to perform predictive, preventative, and emergency electrical and mechanical maintenance on our production and infrastructure systems. This role ensures process efficiency and safety in our facilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
  2. Install, repair, adjust, and test equipment and components.
  3. Inspect equipment and structures to identify defects or errors.
  4. Manage work orders, document work, and requisition parts using computer systems.
  5. Communicate effectively with machine operators and operate equipment to detect malfunctions.
  6. Diagnose issues using test equipment and software, applying knowledge of electronic systems.
  7. Work collaboratively as part of a team and coordinate activities with others.
  8. Adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean workplace following 5S standards.
  9. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Equivalent education and experience; an Associate's Degree in relevant fields is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience with troubleshooting, repair, and documentation of machine malfunctions.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Skill in welding, fabrication, and machine shop tasks.
