Responsibilities

• Assist qualified industrial electricians in performing preventative maintenance on electrical machinery and equipment.
• Identify, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in industrial control systems, motors, and power distribution.
• Install and connect wiring, conduits, and electrical components according to schematics and drawings.
• Use electrical testing instruments to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Respond to electrical breakdowns and restore equipment to operation efficiently.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
• Participate in training and safety briefings.
• Support maintenance team to ensure continuous operation of plant machinery.
• Work effectively within the industrial setting near Polokwane.
