Placements24 is seeking motivated individuals to join our client’s team as Apprentice Industrial Electricians in Mahikeng, North West. This hands-on program provides practical experience, training in electrical systems, and mentorship under experienced electricians to develop skilled industrial technicians.

You will learn installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on safety and career progression within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior industrial electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and machinery.
• Learn to read and interpret industrial electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment used in industrial electrical work.
• Participate in training to understand and implement electrical safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, and power distribution systems.
