You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of industrial machines, playing a key part in preventing downtime and optimizing production output. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of industrial machinery, including preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, faults, and breakdowns, and carry out timely and effective repairs.
• Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and integration into existing production lines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals to understand machine specifications and repair procedures.
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed using workshop tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the plant in Mossel Bay .

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Industrial Machinery Mechanic or in a similar mechanical maintenance role.
