Oaklands Global is seeking Investment Banking Analysts for its Industrials coverage based in NYC or their sunny Miami office. The role involves building complex financial models, performing in-depth company and market research, and preparing pitch materials for M&A and capital-raising mandates.

You will support live transactions, due diligence, and data-room coordination while delivering high-quality valuation analyses.

Formación

• 1-3 years of M&A experience at a reputable firm.
• Masters or undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear written and verbal communication; organized.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including building and maintaining financial models.
• Perform company, industry, and market research to support transaction recommendations.
• Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and marketing documents for M&A and capital-raising mandates.
• Assist in the execution of live transactions, including due diligence, data-room management, and process coordination.
• Analyze financial statements and develop valuation materials using DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
• Support senior team members in preparing strategic insights and deal-related deliverables.
• Monitor industry trends and track relevant market activity to inform client discussions.
• Manage and update databases, transaction pipelines, and internal reporting tools.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all analysis and presentation materials.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout deal processes.
