About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer with a focus on Quality Assurance to join their on‑site team in Kimberley. This role is critical for ensuring that all manufacturing and operational processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing quality data, identifying root causes of defects, and implementing corrective actions and process improvements. The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and possesses a strong understanding of quality management systems and industrial engineering principles. This role requires a hands-on approach within the facility to effectively implement and monitor quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes in Kimberley.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry quality standards and certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
