Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with ERP systems and MES is a plus.

You will work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to streamline operations, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This hybrid position offers a balance of on-site collaboration and the flexibility to work remotely on designated days, fostering a productive and engaged work environment.
