Placements24 seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will model and simulate complex processes, create digital twins, and test proposed changes in a virtual environment to drive operational excellence.

You'll use Arena, AnyLogic or Simio to build models, analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Strong communication and independent project management in a remote setting are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with focus on process simulation and modeling.
• Proficiency with leading discrete-event simulation software packages (Arena, AnyLogic, Simio).
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design.
• Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities
