Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in plant layout, facility design, and material flow optimization.
• Proficient in CAD software for layout design (AutoCAD or SolidWorks).
• Experience with simulation software (Arena, AnyLogic) is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage projects in a plant environment.
• Knowledge of ergonomics and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
