About the Role

Our client, a leading industrial firm in Upington, Northern Cape , is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to serve as a Performance Improvement Specialist. This is a critical on-site role focused on analyzing and enhancing the performance of various operational processes across the company. You will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, implementing lean methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical toolkit, a deep understanding of lean principles and statistical analysis, and a proven track record of successfully implementing performance improvements in an industrial setting. You will work closely with operational teams, management, and other stakeholders to achieve measurable results. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
