• National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production environments (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Planning, or Supply Chain Management).
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially in serial production environments.
• Excellent social and intercultural skills.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP EP1/S4 systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in multicultural settings.
• Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for new challenges.
• Good command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and optimize production systems to improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain Industrial Engineering master data.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects focusing on process improvements, change management, and product launches.
• Evaluate production KPIs (e.g., OEE, TEEP) for continuous improvement and decision-making.
• Support product cost calculations and cost-optimization activities.
• Implement and improve workplace design through time and motion studies (e.g., MTM, REFA).
• Manage capacity and investment planning processes.
• Maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA) documentation.
• Collaborate effectively within an international, interdisciplinary team.
