The successful candidate will manage production schedules, analyze tasks, implement improvements, and design layouts to optimize productivity while maintaining cost controls and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer in the Packaging industry.
• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Benefits

Salary: R540k - R420k per annum. Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
