EnableSA T/A EnableSA Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer for a 1 year contract. The role focuses on process improvement, SOP development, and KPI implementation within a manufacturing environment.

The candidate will conduct root-cause analysis, create SOPs, implement lean KPIs, and deliver employee training to ensure sustained operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor/ Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive sector.
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools and KPI implementation is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and prevent recurrence.
• Create and implement SOPs to standardize processes.
• Implement lean KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Provide employee training on new processes and standards.
