Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on automation, robotics, and process control.
• Proven experience with industrial robots (FANUC, KUKA, ABB) and PLC programming.
• Proficiency in automation simulation software (RoboDK, Siemens Process Simulate).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities for a hybrid team.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation and robotics within manufacturing processes.
• Design, implement, and commission robotic work cells and automated systems.
• Develop simulation models to test and optimize automated system performance prior to physical implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions with existing infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including control logic, operating manuals, and maintenance procedures for automated systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions.
• Train maintenance and operational staff on the safe and efficient operation of automated equipment.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics, automation technology, and industrial control systems.
