Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial engineering with a focus on automation and robotics.
• Proven design, implementation and troubleshooting of automated systems.
• Proficiency in robotic programming languages (FANUC, KUKA, ABB) and PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Experience with CAD for robotic cell design and layout.
• Strong understanding of control systems, sensors, and machine vision.
• Analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Remote collaboration and strong communication skills.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 and IoT integration is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is beneficial.
