To be the internal business partner and lead the execution of digital transformation projects with low or no-code (drag-and-drop) software.

This person will take ownership of successfully executing digitalisation projects through the mapping of existing business processes, co-designing process improvements, drafting Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), identifying & implementing appropriate technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate process mapping workshops
2. Process map existing, improved or future processes, within the organisational framework when required
3. Collaborate with all stakeholders, on allocated process co-design efforts
4. Present process maps when required
5. Research suitable no and low code software solutions for informed software recommendations
6. Configure & develop low-code software solutions from business requirements
7. Project Manage internal software projects
8. Constructive participation in bi-weekly Sprint retrospective meetings
9. Create presentations and knowledge base content (articles and/or videos) as demo material to drive technology adoption
10. Take personal ownership of continuous personal knowledge and up-skilling on relevant software
11. Provide ad-hoc project management and other support to the business as reasonably required
12. Other reasonably required tasks to meet optimal business outcomes

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent process mapping (BPMN) skills
2. Data architecture & management skills
3. Data analysis skills
4. Low-code & no-code software savvy
5. A proven track record of design and systems thinking will be preferable
