The successful candidate will be responsible for transitioning engineering designs and data into production, forming a key part of the engineering release process.

This role involves managing industrial and process engineering functions, including reviewing and approving sub-systems for build feasibility, setting up detailed production line process models, and investigating production line issues.

We seek a well-rounded individual with high emotional intelligence (EQ) who can handle complexity in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with attention to detail, positive energy, and a willingness to excel in their role.

Triz Engineering Solutions is a premium product engineering and development company specializing in end-to-end turn-key commercial vehicle development, including feasibility, conceptualization, productionization, and service support.

Our solutions encompass zero emissions technologies such as battery electric, fuel cell, hybrid, and conventional powertrains.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / B. Tech Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 4+ years post-graduate experience in industrial and process engineering, preferably in automotive
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production line dynamics
  • Experience with time studies and line optimization
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams
  • 3D modeling software experience (advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel overseas as required
