Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent electrical qualification required.
• 4-5 years of sales experience in the electrical engineering industry.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Ax system / Syspro knowledge advantageous.
• Experience in material handling and crane industries beneficial.
• Electrical & mechanical field experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound customer sales inquiries.
• Provide quotations, product/service information, support and pricing details.
• Promote features and benefits of company products/services.
• Process sales orders and arrange dispatch and administration of products/services sold.
• Handle customer complaints related to sales in a timely manner.
• Maintain sales statistics and records of performance.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other sales documents.
• Identify and relay sales leads to external sales staff.
• Maintain client databases.
• Collaborate with internal and external sales teams.
