Accenture PLC seeks engineers with a strong background in digital transformation and industrial automation to advise clients and design end-to-end OT architectures. The role involves shaping control system architectures (PLC, SCADA, DCS) and delivering integration across shopfloor and enterprise systems.

The candidate should have a complex-project track record, leadership capability, and willingness to travel internationally. Fluency in English is essential; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in electronic or electrical engineering from a top-tier university (BTech is not considered).
• Projects completed must have been at a complex level.
• Heavy industry experience preferred (mining, oil & gas); FMCG considered.
• High proficiency in English; other European languages a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and self-motivation for fast-paced assignments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Advisory & Digital Transformation

Advise clients on industrial digital transformation strategies

Support initiatives in:

• IT/OT convergence
• Smart manufacturing and connected operations
• Industrial data, AI, and cloud adoption

Translate operational challenges into scalable technology solutions

2. Industrial Architecture & Design

Design and develop industrial control system architectures (PLC, SCADA, DCS)

Produce:

• Functional design specifications
• Detailed technical design documentation
• Define end-to-end OT architectures integrating shopfloor and enterprise systems

3. Systems Integration & Delivery

Support implementation of industrial automation and digital solutions

Integrate:

• Control systems
• Industrial networks
• Data and analytics platforms

Participate in complex engineering projects, including deployment and commissioning support

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering electronic or electrical i.e. BSc or BEng from top tier university – (Please note that BTech is not been considered )

• Must demonstrate that the projects that have been worked on were at a complex level

• Preference with candidates who have heavy industry experience – mining, oil and gas, mining etc – However FMCG will be considered.

• High proficiency in English. Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

• Must demonstrate leadership skills and self-motivation to engage with different assignments and fast paced projects.
