This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work across multiple levels within the organization.

EXPERIENCE : 6-8 years of related working experience.
COMMENCEMENT : August 2025
Qualifications & Experience :
National Diploma or Degree in Administration, Purchasing, Commercial, Engineering, or BCom equivalent
Minimum of 3 5 years' experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Proficiency in SAP, MS PowerPoint, and Excel
Understanding of tender management and project-based procurement
Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Manage end-to-end sourcing projects including market analysis, supplier evaluations, tender processes, negotiations, and contract management
Promote cost-effective use of resources across assigned commodities
Develop and implement supplier performance evaluation and development strategies
Drive procurement process compliance and audit-ready documentation
Manage B-BBEE and ISO certification processes, supplier contracts, and purchasing documentation
Identify and implement process improvements (e.g. outline agreements for recurring purchases)
Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate demand identification, allocation, and sourcing decisions
