Key Responsibilities:

  2. Operate and maintain the tandoor (clay oven) for optimal performance and safety.
  3. Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes adhere to high-quality standards.
  4. Manage the inventory of ingredients and spices for tandoori dishes.
  5. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.
  6. Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to maintain workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine.
  • Skills:

    • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Personality Traits:
    • Team player with good communication skills.
