Pear Tree is seeking a dedicated Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will work independently, recruiting for UK-based clients and managing the process with minimal supervision. A generalist recruitment background, strong sourcing capabilities and excellent communication are highly valued.

You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates across multiple roles and industries while maintaining open dialogue with clients to ensure alignment with hiring requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter with UK clients is preferred.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across roles and industries.
• Generalist recruitment background with excellent sourcing and candidate identification.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities independently from sourcing through candidate coordination.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using various channels.
• Work closely with UK-based clients and understand their hiring requirements.
• Handle multiple roles across different functions and industries.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and clients.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
• Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
