Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, or Nursing.
• Proven experience in case management or coordination within a healthcare or social service setting.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices for various conditions.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and professionals.
• Knowledge of local healthcare and community support services in Richards Bay.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
