Minimum B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Degree in Operations Management / Supply Chain or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement (local and international) in a leadership role
Experience in procurement processes, including price negotiations, service agreements, and inventory management
Management of raw materials
Warehouse experience will be advantageous
Good leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Systems-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and independently or as part of a team
Track record of integrity and honesty
Good communication skills (written and verbal) across the organization
Ability to negotiate effectively with strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
Assertive and confident at all levels
Willingness and ability to travel internationally to support business needs
