This position reports to: Inbound DC manager
Location: Position will be based at Johannesburg Main DC
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00, however overtime may be required during peak periods and promotions
Purpose of position:
The Inbound Shift Manager has complete responsibility for Inbound functional processes within the fulfilment centre, managing all aspects of stock handling from receipt from suppliers to filing the stock in inventory locations. This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with TAKEALOT explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven and fast-moving environment of E-commerce.
