Inherent Requirements
- Matric
- Sales or marketing qualification
- 2– 4 years’ experience in the sales industry
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Customer service skills
- Proficient sales technique
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Experience with Training or educational programs (advantageous)
Duties And Responsibilities
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods like cold calling, email outreach, or networking events
- Initiating contact with prospects to pitch products or services, either through phone calls or in-person meetings.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with prospects and customers to foster trust and credibility.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets, often tracked through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Tracking interactions with prospects and customers through Customer Relationship management (CRM) systems and other tools.
- Effectively addressing customer objections and concerns to facilitate sales conversions
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue by offering additional products or services to existing customers.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position KBC services.

Interviewing process: 1 to 2 Panel interviews
