Job Purpose:
We’re looking for an Inbound and Outbound Sales Team Leader with a customer service and or retentions background who will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of sales representatives who manage both incoming customer inquiries (inbound) and proactively reach out to potential clients (outbound), ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets through effective coaching, performance monitoring, and strategic planning across both sales channels.

Knowledge of the sales funnel and ability to guide team members through each stage of the sales cycle.
Ability to provide constructive feedback, identify individual strengths and weaknesses, and coach team members to improve performance.
Setting clear sales goals, tracking individual progress, and holding team members accountable to achieve targets.
Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on market changes, customer feedback, and evolving sales trends.
Analyzing performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Clearly conveying information to both the team and customers, including active listening and effective conflict resolution.
Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
1. Clear credit and criminal record.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM software.
3. Strong mathematical ability, with a minimum of 55% pass mark in Maths.
