Our client is seeking an E-commerce Inbound Manager who will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the inbound logistics and warehouse operations.

This role is perfect for a proactive leader with a keen eye for process optimization and a passion for quality and efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead the inbound stock process and daily operations with a keen focus on quality and efficiency.
2. Manage a dedicated warehouse team, ensuring timely stock replenishment and waste management.
3. Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing standard operating procedures.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. A tertiary qualification in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or project management.
2. A minimum of three years of experience in production, supply chain management, logistics, or e-commerce.
3. Proven staff management skills and a performance-driven mindset.
4. Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English, with excellent communication abilities.
5. An innovative approach to problem-solving and a strong ambition to excel.
