Requirements:
Minimum: Matric.
* Prior experience in tele sales or internal sales is essential.
* Debt counselling knowledge is an advantage.
* Excellent spoken communication with a natural ability to influence and persuade.
* Clear and professional written communication; native English fluency is essential.
* Skilled in active listening and quickly establishing rapport with others.
* Strong focus on customer needs, paired with a solution-driven mindset.
* Well-organized and reliable with strong follow-through.
* Comfortable using basic computer programs, including MS Office and CRM systems.
* Goal-driven and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities:
* Call and follow up with leads generated through inbound sources (website, ads, campaigns, referrals, etc.).
* Understand customer needs and provide suitable information on products or services.
* Qualify leads and update CRM with accurate customer details and call outcomes.
* Persuade and guide prospects towards conversions (sales, appointments, or sign-ups).
* Maintain daily/weekly lead call targets, conversion ratios, and follow-up schedules.
* Handle sales queries, objections, and escalate complex cases to Management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and always maintain professionalism.
* Work closely with Management / Team Leader to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
