In-store Advertising Account Manager

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales Manager

Work: 3 days from home and 2 days a week in the office.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Media Account Manager to join our Sales team at Grapevine Retail.

As a leading player in the industry, Grapevine Retail provides innovative advertising solutions to our clients, and we are looking for a talented individual to contribute to our success. In this role, you will be responsible for driving advertising solutions within the retail stores and malls, creating impactful campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients.

Your main goals will be to maximize revenue by providing exceptional client service to existing accounts, bringing in new business, and achieving sales targets by effectively promoting and executing our advertising services and products.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and target potential consumer brands with a need to brand in-store and in malls
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  3. Present and sell advertising solutions to clients, emphasizing the benefits and value they will receive
  4. Create and execute effective advertising campaigns in collaboration with clients
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
  7. Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials
  8. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base
  9. Know and develop a key understanding of print substrates, digital solutions, and other point of purchase solutions
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  1. Five years previous experience in in-store advertising sales
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  6. Knowledge of advertising principles and techniques
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  8. Self-motivated and target-driven
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  10. Ability to manage multiple projects
  11. Knowledge of the retail media industry and landscape a competitive advantage
  12. Event, activations, print and digital signage knowledge a competitive advantage
