Qualifications

• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and general corporate law.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide practical legal solutions.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to legal challenges.
