An international Health and Cosmetics business is expanding its in-house creative team and is looking for a passionate and experienced In-House Graphic Designer to join on a full-time basis (a hybrid option may be considered). This is an exciting opportunity to shape how health, wellness, and beauty brands come to life visually—across packaging, digital, and in-store experiences.
Role:
We want the person who loves their work, loves the challenge, and brings fresh ‘out the box’ creative ideas and design and helps develop unique creative solutions. As the In-House Graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs, both digital and offline, that communicate our brand and product messaging to our customers, both B2B and B2C.
You will collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure creative output is aligned with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and marketing goals across both B2B and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand and Campaign Design
• Create engaging, relevant content and visuals that boost brand awareness and drive sales—both online and in-
store.
• Conceptualise and design creative for brand and regional campaigns across platforms.
Product Packaging and Print
• Design packaging, labels, and print-ready artwork in line with brand CI and region-specific regulations.
•Create impactful in-store marketing materials such as brochures, POS displays, FSUs, shelf talkers, and gondola
ends.
Digital and Content Creation
• Originate digital graphic concepts for web, email, social media, and digital ads.
•Curate brand playbooks and creative toolkits for use across geographies.
Creative Strategy and Execution
• Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Stay on top of industry trends and design best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work under deadline.
