Purpose of the Job:
Seeking a strategic thinker to optimize sourcing, manage imports, and drive cost-saving initiatives through smart procurement and supply chain efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• Computer literate (MS Office and Excell)
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of International Markets.
• Maintain strong relationship with key suppliers.
• Conduct in-depth market research.
• Sourcing of steel products locally and internationally
• Manage the full import process.
• Maintain a working knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures.
• Monitor global market trends, steel pricing and tariffs.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting and data management.
• Preliminary costing and feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and local authorities as SARS and ITAC to ensure full compliance with import regulations.
