We all support each other to reach the same goal - Excellent Customer Service! We are searching for an Implementation Technician to join our Gauteng team.
As an Implementation Technician, your primary responsibility will be the implementation of new corporate groups and independent clients, as well as any projects scheduled by management.
Working closely with external service providers and internal parties is essential to ensure the client's needs are met. You will also be required to implement and configure scheduled projects, including new site openings, hardware refurbishments, store closures, upgrades, SOPs, security measures, POS installations, POS VAS integration projects, pilots, and other tasks assigned, all completed on time.
You may need to work overtime, weekends, and standby from time to time.
We prefer candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. A+ and N+ certifications are minimum requirements; however, relevant experience will also be considered.
