Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage implementation projects from planning to execution.
  • Facilitate client engagement sessions to capture requirements and conduct gap analysis.
  • Deliver user training (on-site & remote) tailored to business processes.
  • Configure databases and systems per project scope.
  • Document implementation notes, use cases, and training records.
  • Ensure quality delivery aligned with project milestones and best practices.
  • Maintain strong communication with technical and client stakeholders.
