An educational non-profit organization in Cape Town is seeking an Implementation Administrator to support Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning systems and school program operations. This role involves collecting data from partner schools while coordinating training materials. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and experience in admin or print production are preferred. The position is full-time and requires regular school visits.
Of children who start school in South Africa, only 37 will pass matric and just 4 will earn a degree.

About the Role We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Implementation Administrator to support the smooth running of our Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) systems and school program operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on logistics, values accuracy, and enjoys working behind the scenes to make as big of an impact as possible.
You'll spend part of your time at the Huddle office in Pinelands and the rest visiting partner schools to collect data and coordinate the distribution of print and training materials.
Your attention to detail and ability to juggle moving parts will be essential in supporting Huddle's growing team and ensuring that learners and educators have the tools they need.

Hours : Monday - Friday 08 : 00-17 : 00 (with lunch hour)
Key Responsibilities School Visits & Data Collection :
Travel to schools to collect MEL forms and other program-related materialsLiaise with school staff to ensure timely, complete submissionsTrack and follow up on outstanding documentation across sitesAdministration :
Sort, organize, and digitize MEL documentation for storageCollaborate with the MEL and Implementation teams on timelines and deliverablesSupport reporting cycles and data archiving in line with internal protocolsTraining & Print Material Coordination :
Coordinate training materials across teamsManage termly print jobs : sourcing quotations, placing orders, handling deliveries, and performing quality checksLiaise with internal and external teams for editing, proofing, and finalizing print contentPrepare and pack resources for training sessions and school distribution
In-house Training Support :
Coordinate print materials and logistics for internal trainingAssist with setup and management of training sessions and school eventsOversee brochures, resource packs, and liaise with external printers / designers
Additional Support :
Capture and manage data using Google Sheets and shared documentationCommunicate professionally with school and team stakeholdersAssist with catering, venue bookings, and ad hoc logistics
Education :
Matric certificate required; a diploma in administration, education, or M&E is a plusValid driver's license and own car (required for school travel)Experience :
Experience in admin, print production, or school environments is advantageousSkills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceComfortable handling scanners, filing systems, and physical documentsStrong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
