Job summary

Standard Bank Group in Johannesburg seeks an experienced iOS Mobile Developer to build and maintain banking apps using Swift and Objective-C. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver secure, high-quality mobile solutions for iOS and, where relevant, cross‑platform considerations.

As part of Platform45’s Operations & Delivery team, you’ll participate in design reviews, write clean code, test thoroughly, and stay updated with the latest mobile

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
2-4 years of iOS development experience.
Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
Experience with RESTful APIs and UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with cross‑platform frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift (and Objective-C) following best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to gather requirements.
Write clean, efficient code and participate in full lifecycle development.
Test, debug, and ensure high performance and quality.
Participate in code reviews and stay updated with mobile trends.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs.
