You will drive an integrated operating model, data capabilities and digital platforms, partnering with the CEO and leadership to deliver client value and expand Edge's impact in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Experience rebuilding operating models and data capability in a multi-client environment.
• Strong operational leadership with ability to scale and improve productivity.
• Fluent in data-driven decision making and governance.
• Commercial acumen with experience in professional services or people-intensive businesses.

Responsibilities

• Design and embed a scalable operating model with clear roles and workflows.
• Provide delivery enablement tools, processes and support to teams.
• Own operational risk, governance and performance reporting.
• Lead data strategy, infrastructure and analytics for client delivery.
• Partner with CEO to shape strategy and edge growth.
