Job summary

CF Consulting in Sandton seeks an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. The role focuses on South African inbound immigration, supporting corporate and private clients from initial consultation through to submission and outcome.

You will manage cases end-to-end, advise on visa options, prepare application packs, interpret SA immigration regulations, and maintain accurate client records in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' current experience in South African immigration.
• Strong working knowledge of SA immigration legislation and visa categories.
• Experience managing immigration cases end-to-end independently.
• Experience in client consultations and submitting application packs.

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to join a growing professional services team in Sandton.

The role focuses on South African inbound immigration , supporting both corporate and private clients and managing immigration matters from initial consultation through to application submission and outcome.

Key responsibilities

Manage immigration cases end-to-end, from consultation through to submission and outcome.

Advise clients on appropriate South African visa and immigration options.

Conduct client consultations and provide clear, practical technical guidance.

Prepare and review complete application packs and supporting documentation.

Research and interpret South African immigration legislation, regulations and policy.

Manage multiple clients and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.

Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders on applications and complex matters.

Maintain accurate case records and provide timely updates to clients.

Identify risks and develop practical case strategies where required.

What we're looking for

3+ years' current experience in South African immigration.

Strong working knowledge of South African immigration legislation, visa categories and application processes.

Proven experience managing immigration cases end-to-end and independently .

Comfortable conducting client consultations and providing technical immigration advice.

Experience personally preparing and submitting immigration application packs.

Strong client management, communication and organisational skills.

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail, accountability and initiative.

Experience in a corporate, consulting or professional services environment would be advantageous.

Location: Sandton, Johannesburg
Working arrangement: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
