Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Immigration Chat Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient, and accurate chat and email support to clients regarding U.S. immigration matters, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time Omni-Channel chat and email support to foreign nationals with U.S. immigration-related queries.
• Use a pre-defined knowledge directory to identify accurate and appropriate responses.
• Escalate more complex issues to managers where necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Apply excellent written communication skills to provide courteous, clear, and timely responses.
• Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in all client communications.
• Work independently and efficiently, particularly during night shift hours.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every client interaction.

General Requirements:

• A graduate qualification in any discipline.
• Strong English communication skills, especially written.
• Typing speed and accuracy must be high to manage volume effectively.
• Previous chat support or U.S. immigration experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and keep up with U.S. immigration procedures and systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage workload in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
