Start Date: 1 September 2025
Duration: 12 Months (Fixed-term contract)

About the Learnership

The programme provides a combination of structured theoretical training and practical on-the-job experience in the Sales and/or Administration departments within the Long-Term Insurance sector. Upon successful completion, learners will achieve an Insurance Full Qualification at NQF Level 4.

Key Learnership Outputs

Learners will gain skills and experience in:

• Basic research tasks and applying literacy and numeracy skills to insurance risk assessment
• Managing personal finances and understanding financial risks
• Applying legislative, ethical, and compliance knowledge in an insurance environment
