Job summary

Momentum is seeking a Business Development Consultant to forge strong partnerships with IFAs, delivering momentum across Myriad, Investo, Health & Investments. The role focuses on building enduring relationships through proactive engagement, deep business analysis, and continuous improvement of IFA businesses.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial services, strong sales experience, and solid knowledge of risk, underwriting, and financial planning concepts.

Qualifications

• 3 year degree in B.Com business management, marketing, Communication finance and legal or related NQF 7 qualification.
• Honours an advantage.CFA and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with IFAs to understand their needs and drive value proposition across Myriad, Investo, Health & Investments.
• Visit IFAs and IFA offices to present marketing messages and products.
• Analyse, monitor and increase prescribed weekly activities to exceed sales targets.
• Record minutes of meetings and respond to requests promptly, showcasing professional IFA engagement.
