Job summary

Momentum is a trusted financial services company hiring a Retail Business Consultant in Cape Town. You will partner with IFAs, deliver marketing messages, and strengthen relationships to grow Momentum's business across Myriad and Investo products.

The role requires a 3-year BCom degree in relevant fields, willingness to study further, and 3–5 years in financial services with strong business acumen. CFA/CFP® are advantages.

Qualifications

• 3-year BCom degree in listed fields; willingness to study towards degree with 3+ years IFA experience.
• CFA and/or CFP® is an advantage; knowledge of Momentum Myriad and Investo products is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with risk, claims, underwriting, tax, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be visible to the IFA to understand needs and drive value proposition across products.
• Visit IFAs and their offices to deliver marketing messages about products.
• Analyse and increase weekly activities to exceed sales targets; record meetings.
• Present Momentum’s agenda professionally and respond to requests promptly.
