A leading organization seeks an ICT Service Manager to oversee the management of ICT service calls and act as a liaison between ICT and business units. The role involves ensuring service levels, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with ICT governance. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in ICT desktop support and relevant qualifications.

Nature of employment: Permanent
Job Purpose: Proactive Management of the ICT service calls and act as a link between ICT and business.
Required Minimum education/training
• 3-year ICT National Diploma or degree (NQF 6 or higher)
•ITIL training/certification
•MSCE, A+, N+
Required Minimum work experience:
•More than 3 years’ experience as ICT desktop support/ services manager
•Experience in other ICT services and infrastructure management areas
•Exposure to frameworks such as ITIL, ITSM or COBIT
•Experience in industries similar to CIPC
•Experience with business service management solutions
•Manage desktop support services
•Manage desktop support services staff, technology, projects and changes
•Manage the provision of desktop support services i.t.o agreed service levels
Key performance areas:
•Ensure ICT governance over the desktop environment.
•Provide reports and escalations to Senior Manager
•Act as a link between ICT and business
•Proactive Monitoring and Management of Service levels with the Business
