Verify, upload and maintain PQ responses and associated evidence.Maintain a high standard Compliance Checklist response on ICAOAudit the Audit Area responses to ICAO Compliance Checklist (CCs).
Verify, upload and maintain CCs responses and associated evidence on SACAA platform.Maintain a high standard CAP responseMonitor that implementation of CAP tasks are addressed as per timeline, providing expert input were required.Review CAP feedback and associated evidence from Audit Areas to resolve audit findings.Upload and maintain CAP responses and associated evidence.Maintain a high standard SASAQ response on ICAOAudit, Audit Area responses to ICAO SASAQ.
Verify, upload and maintain verified SASAQ responses and associated evidence on ICAO.ICAO Compliance Liaison and OversightProvide Continuous Monitoring Approach (CMA) assistance and training as and when required.Participate in SACAA and other civil aviation statutory / consulting bodies.Take part in regional assistance technical missions.General AdministrationCompile ad hoc reports for ICAO Compliance Section related issues / requirements.Submit monthly activity statistics / reports.Ensure proper filing of documents and records.Audits by other external entitiesFacilitate preparations for external audits by other Civil Aviation regulators.
EducationMinimumMatricICAO and / or IATA Aviation Security related qualificationICAO National Inspectors' courseIdealICAO AVSEC PMC CertificateICAO accreditation / approval as an AVSEC USAP CMA Auditor / Team member will be ideal.
Inspector in Aviation Security and Facilitation role with a strong knowledge of ICAO Annex 9 and 17.A clear knowledge and understanding of the ICAO USAP CMA MethodologyA clear knowledge and understanding of the Civil Aviation Act, NASP, and relevant Regulations would be advantageous.Closing date : 31 October
