Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group in Johannesburg is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee service delivery, ensure schedules, manage HR processes, reporting, and compliance. You will drive efficiency and maintain client satisfaction across service teams.

You will lead branch operations, coordinate teams, manage hygiene stock, liaise with clients, and ensure safety, budget adherence, and continuous improvement in daily activities.

Qualifications

Matric and relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of hygiene principles and company policies.
Demonstrated leadership and people management ability.
Experience in middle management with large teams and client portfolios.

Responsibilities

Oversee service delivery to ensure adherence to schedules and standards.
Manage labour, performance appraisals and HR compliance for units.
Coordinate budgets, billing accuracy and supplier approvals.
Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on sites.
Maintain client relations with regular documented meetings.
Monitor attendance, timekeeping and uniforms for teams.
Load and manage hygiene stock and relevant inventory.
Prepare and review monthly reports for clients and management.
