Van Ryn Rubber, a trusted name in the manufacturing and export of high-performance rubber components, is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Expert to join our technical team. This role is vital to the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our rubber and plastic injection moulding machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems on rubber and plastic injection moulding machines.
• Optimize hydraulic performance for maximum efficiency and cycle time.
• Participate in machine commissioning, fault-finding, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and best practices.
• Contribute to ongoing technical improvements and innovation in moulding processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with hydraulics in an injection moulding environment, preferably rubber or plastic.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic circuits, proportional and servo valves, accumulators, and pressure systems.
• Experience with moulding machines (e.g., Desma, REP, Yizumi) or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and technical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Trade or technical qualification in hydraulics, mechanical or electro-mechanical systems will be advantageous.
